How it works
What happens
Your consultation includes a skin assessment and a look at the products you use now. We then write a plan you can follow, introducing active ingredients gradually.
We use medical-grade ranges including SkinMed and Derma 2, and review your skin after 6 to 8 weeks.

Who it is not suitable for
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding need a specific plan, because some ingredients such as retinoids are avoided
Side effects
Dryness, flaking or sensitivity while the skin adjusts to active ingredients. Your plan sets out how to manage this.
We go through the risks with you at consultation and give you written aftercare.

Do I have to buy all the products?
No. We will tell you which products matter most and which of your own you can keep.
How long until I see a difference?
Skin renews over about six weeks, so most people see a change in 6 to 12 weeks.
Can I re-order products?
Yes, in clinic or by phone.
Can skincare be combined with treatments?
Yes. A home plan prepares the skin for peels and microneedling and protects the result.
