SkinMed skincare and peels in Sutton-in-Ashfield

We use SkinMed for our home skincare plans and in our chemical peels. SkinMed supplies its professional products to medically led clinics, and some are available only after a consultation.

  • Every SkinMed range in stock
  • The full SkinMed peel range
  • Plans written by Tessa Taylor

How it works

Your SkinMed plan

  1. Skin consultation. About 45 minutes. Tessa assesses your skin and looks at the products you use now.
  2. Your written plan. Products to use morning and night, with active ingredients introduced gradually. Product prices are in your plan.
  3. Review. We review your skin after 6 to 8 weeks and adjust the plan. Most people see a change in 6 to 12 weeks.

What it is used for

Skin we plan for

  • Blemish-prone and oily skin
  • Redness-prone and sensitive skin
  • Uneven tone and pigmentation
  • Signs of ageing
  • Dryness and dehydration

The ranges

SkinMed ranges we stock

We stock every SkinMed range, including Tebiskin, Synchrorose and SkinVital. We recommend products at your consultation, as part of your plan, and you can re-order in clinic or by phone.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding need a specific plan, because some ingredients such as retinoids are avoided.

In clinic

SkinMed chemical peels

We use the full SkinMed peel range, alongside peels from other ranges. We choose the peel and its strength for your skin type, after a skin assessment, and a home plan prepares the skin before a peel and protects the result.

Questions

SkinMed questions

Do I need a consultation first?

Yes. Every plan starts with a skin consultation, and some SkinMed products are available only after one.

Do I have to buy all the products?

No. We will tell you which products matter most and which of your own you can keep.

Can I re-order products?

Yes, in clinic or by phone.

Can skincare be combined with treatments?

Yes. A home plan prepares the skin for peels and microneedling and protects the result.

Will my skin react at first?

Dryness, flaking or sensitivity can happen while the skin adjusts to active ingredients. Your plan sets out how to manage this.
