Medical-grade skincare and skin consultations
Good skin starts at home. After a skin consultation we build a medical-grade skincare plan, with products to use morning and night, and review it as your skin changes.

What it treats
Is it right for you?
- Blemish-prone and oily skin
- Redness-prone and sensitive skin
- Uneven tone and pigmentation
- Signs of ageing
- Dryness and dehydration
How it works
What happens
Your consultation includes a skin assessment and a look at the products you use now. We then write a plan you can follow, introducing active ingredients gradually.
We use medical-grade ranges including SkinMed, Derma 2 and Allskin Med, and review your skin after 6 to 8 weeks.
What to expect
At a glance
- Consultation
- About 45 minutes
- Review
- At 6 to 8 weeks
- Results
- Usually visible in 6 to 12 weeks
- Adjustment
- Some active ingredients cause dryness for the first few weeks
Who it is not suitable for
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding need a specific plan, because some ingredients such as retinoids are avoided
Side effects
Dryness, flaking or sensitivity while the skin adjusts to active ingredients. Your plan sets out how to manage this.
We go through the risks with you at consultation and give you written aftercare.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to buy all the products?
No. We will tell you which products matter most and which of your own you can keep.
How long until I see a difference?
Skin renews over about six weeks, so most people see a change in 6 to 12 weeks.
Can I re-order products?
Yes, in clinic or by phone.
Can skincare be combined with treatments?
Yes. A home plan prepares the skin for peels and microneedling and protects the result.
